- 2 / 5By Kristina RowePretty disappointing. Great rolls, but served with oily tasting spread, not butter and not tasty. Delicious black eyes peas, tasty but limp French fries. Chicken Fried Steak was tough and neither the breading nor the gravy were noteworthy. Waiter watched me put two fries in my mouth with half of my meal still on the plate and asked if I wanted dessert or a to go box. After chewing, I told him I wasn't sure since I was still eating. He left the check anyway. I kept eating, and he did make it back to fill my tea once. This was not a busy lunch or dinner hour, it was midday on a Saturday. Good service would have salvaged a mediocre meal, but instead I got the bum's rush.March 27, 2017
